1. We read it. A practitioner from our delivery side reviews technical applications, not a keyword filter.
2. A first call. If your experience matches what the role needs, we arrange a conversation to go through it properly.
3. Client introduction. We never send your CV to a client without asking you first, for that specific role.
4. A straight answer. We may not have anything. We would rather say that than keep you waiting on a maybe.
