Oracle HR Techno-Functional Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HR Techno-Functional Consultant with strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS. You will analyse business requirements, configure and extend Oracle HR solutions, build integrations and reports, resolve production issues, and support HR digital-transformation work.

What you will do

• Gather and analyse HR business requirements and translate them into Oracle solutions.
• Configure, implement and support Oracle EBS HRMS.
• Work closely with HR, IT, business users and project stakeholders.
• Run fit-gap analysis and produce functional and technical design documents.
• Build and maintain reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions and workflows.
• Design and support integrations between Oracle HR and third-party systems.
• Troubleshoot functional and technical issues and resolve them in good time.
• Support system testing, UAT, deployment and post-production activity.
• Prepare test scenarios and scripts, configuration documents and user guides.
• Keep solutions aligned with Oracle best practice, security requirements and organisational standards.
• Hand over knowledge to business and technical teams and support them afterwards.

What we need from you

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or a related field.
• At least 10 years with Oracle HR applications.
• Strong techno-functional experience in Oracle EBS HRMS.
• At least one full implementation or major enhancement project.
• A solid understanding of HR processes and best practice.
• The ability to talk to business people and technical people in their own terms.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and documentation skills.
• Comfortable working independently and inside a multidisciplinary project team.
